Look Here, launching September 2025, is a multiphase project from Center for Creative Works and Haverford College that focuses on the changing narrative around art created in progressive studios and illuminates how neurodivergent artists challenge and expand conventional approaches to artmaking.
About the project
Foregrounding accessibility, Look Here invites the public to enjoy and engage with artwork, learn about the multifaceted studio practices of artists, expand their awareness of and engagement with progressive studios that support disabled artists across America, and amplify their artistic voices.
About the exhibitions and events
The Look Here project includes a group exhibition at Haverford College’s Cantor Fitzgerald Gallery featuring the work of artists from Center for Creative Works (CCW) co-curated by Jennifer Gilbert (Jennifer Lauren Gallery), Mary T. Bevlock, and Paige Donovan (Sept 19 – Dec 13, 2025); A group exhibition at Atelier Gallery featuring the work of artists from progressive studios across the country (Oct 1 – 31, 2025); the 6th Annual Creating Community Symposium in collaboration with symposium founder Creative Growth (October 20 – 23, 2025); the release of a first-of-its kind publication on the work of progressive studios (November 5, 2026); and many other programs and events.
